The Healthy Dozen
Dr. Greger and his work has changed my life. I have been sharing his findings with others. I am especially grateful for giving us the Daily Dozen guidelines. I live by them. I am excited to have discovered this podcast by Dr. Greger. I will definitely give it a listen.
