Enlightenment
At times throughout my life I have sought therapy and never have I considered attachment theory as a way of explaining who and why I’am what I’am in the world until by chance I heard Stephanie doing a podcast. Her knowledge of all the attachment theories along with her calm speech, clarity in the ways she explains relationships dynamics is thought provoking. My only feedback, well hope really, is for her is to never forget her Aussie roots and not become unattainable to those who are unable to afford workshops. The empire needs to remain grounded.

I’ve been enjoying Mrs Riggs podcasts and work immensely and even though I knew lots of aspects from other works, I really love her approach and way to explain and hold space for it all. I’m excited to dive deeper into her offerings and can only recommend this. ☺️
