Compassionate & accepting
I’ve listened to a few of these episodes now & I’m struck by Stephanie’s compassion & acceptance of all attachment styles. In particular, with the fearful avoidant style, she acknowledges the challenges of both being and being with that person. But she also finds a way to talk about it with understanding & acceptance of both partners in the relationship. On other shows (mainly You Tube), I’ve noticed that presenters often almost seem to have an inner groan when talking about fearful avoidants or relegate them to the too hard basket with a passing mention that they exist but that’s about it. Stephanie, instead, offers comments that are insightful, helpful, full of kindness & offer a pathway to healing. The others try but don’t quite nail it like Stephanie does.

She really provided a clear view of that dynamic and provides perspective on how to best address/exist in that space...Read full review »
