Not just the science of nutrition and what you eat, but this podcast also shines a light on what might be eating you. While fads continue to go in and out of vogue, one’s success might be only temporary. It is about time that someone not only looked at ‘nuts and bolts’ of nutrition, but also took an honest look at the different ways we can relate to food so that one can better understand oneself and become healthy for a lifetime. I just stumbled upon this podcast and it is terrific. Not the usual „yet another new diet fad“ but a comprehensive approach to life, health and happiness. Finally a way of developing a better relationship with your food, your body and your health. I highly recommend it!
