Ingrid is the best. I was a fan from YouTube but this podcast takes it to a new level. She is so thoughtful, wise and intelligent yet never condescending or boring. This gentle podcast is both soothing and entertaining. Especially love the episodes about inner teen work!

Of the many podcasts I love, this is now my favourite. Along with going to therapy, this podcasts helps me to dive deeper into understanding and accepting who I am each episode. I come away from each ep with more optimistic feelings and heading one step forward along with Ingrid. The one thing...Read full review »

I really appreciate the tone, format and REALNESS of this podcast. Ingrid is authentically herself and comes across as a friend rather than a try-hard/inaccessible podcast host. The guests are thoughtful picks who bring diversity and wisdom to the show. Equally entertaining and thought-provoking....Read full review »

I’ve been watching Ingrid’s videos since the PandeeB days and she was one of the first Youtubers I subscribed to. I have always related so much to her and feel like I’ve grown alongside her as we are the same age. This podcast is so thoughtful and real. It pushes me to think more deeply about...Read full review »

I love Ingrid and the guests on the show. Christina however I’m not sold on, she doesn’t know how to order take out or purchase a journal online? A small flaw in an otherwise enjoyable podcast.

I’ve been following Ingrid for about a year now and even in that short period of time, I’ve really enjoyed seeing her transformation and growth. Her curiosity and openness and calm energy have inspired me to work on those aspects in my own life. I look forward to the release of One Step every week!

Excellent podcast. Beautiful balance of stimulating ideas for self growth AND good old fashioned girl talk. As a young woman who lost my mother at 11 and grandmother at 17, I have always connected to the underlying perspective in Ingrid’s work. Really enjoyed hearing Christina today, too. This podcast is awesome! I even like Ingrid more as an podcast-host than on YouTube (and I adore her there) sometimes the audio quality could be better, but that’s a tiny critic! Wunderbarer Podcast der Youtuberin Ingrid Nielsen.
