Tried listening to the rebounding episode. I don’t understand why the 30 minute podcast is divided into 3 episodes 10 minutes each. Listening to multiple “episodes” for one podcast. Brad is very easy to listen to with lots of good advice, interesting guests, product reviews, and lots of anecdotal info. Definitely worth a listen for those into fitness who are looking to stay healthy into their 40’s and beyond! Highly recommend.

When I was younger, I always laughed at that older guys who told me “just wait until you get my age”. I have to admit I’m not laughing now! But I am still learning, and this podcast is an awesome resource to continue your education on your own body. Great show!
