Absorbing stories with gut-punching twists
Palimpsest is a masterclass of narrative storytelling. Both series' produced so far are artfully written, perfectly paced, and with really engaging delivery. The theme sets the tone of the show really well - slightly off-kilter and uneasy, and beautiful. FX are used sparingly, but to great effect. Each season is a unique story. I think the story just keeps getting more interesting. They try many different types of stories which is fun. However there is NO sound design which makes the podcast a bit harder to listen to
