Like the fitness industry, the self help world in very lucrative, and the results can be shaky at best. Why? Because like school we read a book or do a program and then move on from it and don't retain a whole lot of it. If you truly want to make it work for you, you have to read and do the programs over and over and over again until it becomes who you are.
