Great leadership insight
I used to be a pretty crummy manager but over the years I've become a pretty good leader. However, there is still plenty room for improvement and this podcast is helping. My favorite takeaway so far is that the purpose of praise is to show people what success looks like and what you value, not to have someone feel good.
