If you want to get better at leading & managing, must listen!
Great podcast from two folks who have some great and eye-opening thoughts on managing, leadership, and above all, feedback. What's great is they have a specific approach and real lessons, not just lots of theory. The combined experiences, in a variety of corporate roles, between the 2 hosts is immense, so you're getting insights that will apply to people at all levels and at all types of corporations. Not to be lost, there's a funness and genuine-nature to the banter between the two, which makes it both entertaining and authentic. Can't wait for more episodes!Read full review »
