Practical, insightful, applicable
I really love this podcast. I am now a school librarian but recently left 12 years of public library management. I identify with the scenarios and how people end up going wrong (so easy!!) There's still application to me now, though, as I'm still navigating relationships, either kids or coworkers. I love the practical applications provided. Glad Kim and Russ are sharing this! I love the terminology (Ruinous Empathy)! The lessons / suggestions are timely (writing annual reviews). The accountability and ownership is refreshing in this day. Good stuff!
