“When I found Amanda’s account on IG, I was well into a 2+ year depressive episode and had already tried intensive CBT, DBT and EMDR without much success. Her posts resonated with me deeply and gave me a completely new perspective on my situation. I couldn’t understand WHAT was going on in my body and it didn’t matter how many times I tried to “change my mindset,” my body went into panic mode and my anxiety skyrocketed.
