My coach always says this but most runners will admit that strength is not our favorite thing. Ignoring it will come back to bite us though and Dr. Lisa has great information to establish a routine. I found Dr. Lisa while looking at instagram for rehab moves for shin splints and am SO glad I did. Loving the podcast- smart and informative without being preachy or feeling like too much. Dr. Lisa feels relatable and she’s such a breath of fresh air in the overwhelm of running form/ tips online.
