Excellent information
Just started listening to Sam Miller and I have thoroughly enjoyed his topics and knowledge about health and fitness. As a health coach, I am always trying to find current, relevant, legitimate science. Sam Miller delivers this with an excellent demeanor. I will continue to follow and listen to his podcasts!
