Good information but I find it a little hard to listen to because shes constantly talking like its an infomercial. Gives off a fake kinda vibe.

Inspired and informed
I found Sarah through her training program which is great. Easy to digest way of setting up your own training plan and well as a few to get you started. Loving the podcast! Along with her emails I get it’s been helpful to keep me in a good mindset to train.
