Listen now
Description

(Let's burn away the old and make space for the new!) And sometimes change is upsetting and destabilizing. You might wonder if it means you're doing life wrong. Just knowing this can be a huge game changer. It can free you to release relationships, jobs, places, chapters, and versions of yourself that are now complete so you can make room for what's next. On this week's podcast episode, we dig into the "Myth of Permanence," how it messes with our heads, and how to counteract it and find freedom.
