Centering without dogma
I usually love learning in podcasts, so the ones I tend to listen to are information heavy. I've found this one combines learning with also an amount of reflection and spiritual grounding. I like that it doesn't require belief in the supernatural, or for me to go against science or my internal compass. I’ve spent the last two weeks thumbing through podcasts and audiobooks trying to find a good place to reconnect with Buddhism. This podcast is exactly what I was looking for. It’s well thought and formed, intelligent, and effectively gets to the point of it all. Can’t wait for more!
