Genuine security risk
She has no real attachment to her family in the UK, no affection for this country and often states she feels unloved and her most valued relationships are with her friends who also absconded to ISIS. I would be very afraid regarding her future behaviour and the likelihood of her committing terrorist acts should she ever return.
