I am not a new-age vitamin-crazed snake oil salesman. In fact, I am a medical professional. I highly doubted any sleep benefits that would come from this podcast, but one night I was desperate, and I put it on. Since that time I have listened to all of the available sleep sessions here. Each one is excellent, and I have not made it through an entire one awake yet. These are extremely relaxing, and I am usually asleep in two or three minutes after I put one on. I feel like I go to another place, and it is almost like a trance. I wake up just fine, and feeling energetic. I generally have no issues sleeping - but have found using these sleep meditations to be so wonderful! These allow me to fully shut my mind off and get to a peaceful and fully restful state. I recommend these to anyone!
