Great podcaster, great podcast
Chef Jacob is a refreshingly intelligent and irreverent podcaster. I love his scientific approach, joie de vivre, and disdain for anyone riding a high horse. His bread series, in particular the sourdough, has been a huge help to me as a baker. His other podcasts are entertaining and have helped me immensely with basic skills that help you become a more well rounded and independent cook. I can’t recommend this series enough. Thanks Chef Jacob.

This is a phenomenal podcast that gets right into cooking! I love the focus of this podcast. Many podcasts have tangents into all sorts of irrelevant topics.
