hi Jacob big shout out from athens Greece. im a professional chef that works as a private chef.listening to your podcast has helped me become a better chef and cook...i went through all your podcasts in a week listening to them taking notes and devouring them non stop...beautifull work and true professionalism...they arent dull and boring like other cooking podcasts...keep up the good work

Chef Jacob's podcast is exceptional. I like that he peppers his lessons with his ideas and insights. It helps the listener connect and digest the information easily.
