I’ve listened to Table Manners from the beginning and have always enjoyed it. Highly recommend the episodes with Roisin Murphy and Antoni Porowski. However, on the Tom Payne episode whilst discussing accents; Jessie said (re Americans mistaking her London accent for an Australian accent) “It’s...Read full review »

I love the guests, the conversation and how at home Jessie and her mum make people feel. Only dropped a star due to Jessie’s swearing - really grates and makes me wince hearing her shout swear words through headphones

I absolutely love the relaxed vibe of this podcast, so funny and has great guests. Highly recommend. Sadly I’ve had to abandon some episodes as I couldn’t hear the guests talking even will the volume in my car on full.

Their menus always sound fabulous and I love it when they bicker😀. However some guests have been dull and I’ve turned off. Really didn’t enjoy the NYC programs. However I’m looking forward to the new series

Brilliant podcast, it proves that food brings people, families and friends together which is what we need more of in this world. Cannot WAIT for their recipe book

Such funny, interesting and interested people. In spite of the effing and jeffing, I absolutely love listening to potty-mouthed Jessie and silken-voiced Lennie. The food they make and hearing them describe it has even made me expand my repertoire. More helpings please!

I’m from Sydney but have been living in Dalston and listening to this podcast for nearly a year. It’s my go to podcast for lonely and homesick times with a guaranteed laugh and homely vibes in this great neighbourhood, even if Lennie hates it lol. Hi Jessie and Lennie, love your chemistry and your guests - often people I wouldn’t normally come across. You should follow Camille O’Sullivan, you’d love her music and performance and she’s almost certainly a big foodie. You should invite her on your show.

Hey Jessie and Lennie, I recently found your podcast and it has been an absolute saviour. My family is loud and loves a dinner table chat like yours. At the beginning of 2019 my partner and I moved 7 hours away and I have found it hard to adjust. Table Manners has become my piece of home,...Read full review »

Really enjoy the podcast, great guests! But echoing points made by others, the talking over guests has got worse as the seasons have gone on which gets a little frustrating.

First saw Jessie on Sounds Like Friday Night on the BBC... and I am now delighted to have found this podcast with her mom. They are a delight to listen to... and they host a good variety of guests. Keep them coming!

This is my favourite Podcast! Jessie is hilarious and Lennie is awesome! I would love to have dinner with you both! You have amazing guests too all so different and interesting. Well done ladies 👏🏼

Whilst live shows was an alternative listen much prefer the round the table discussions. London Hughes’ eating on mic and her brash, loud personality I’m afraid made me switch off. Ardent fan nonetheless.

Love the guests and the conversations on table manners. However, find it slightly annoying how much Jessie talks over her guests! Also on earlier episodes (just listened to Dermot O’Leary. The sound is awful. Can’t hear some parts then have to turn other parts down! Not sure I’ll listen to the...Read full review »

I absolutely love this podcast, the mix of family, food and guests is perfect! You’ve even introduced me to other podcasts thru your guests but this remains my top podcast, I’m rationing myself so I don’t run out!!!

I have no idea who Jesse is outside of this podcast - but thrilled she has a great career as I’m sure it helps get the guests. Adore her and her mother’s relationship. It is just such a nice slice of life with fascinating guests and sparkling conversation.
DLinUSA via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/09/19
I really enjoy the premise of this...and I want to like it more than I do. But it’s just so pretentious (foodie) and the non-stop interruption/gratuitous swearing from Jessie is just too much. Ed Gamble and James Acaster’s ‘Off Menu’ just does this so much better.
Bananna92 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 08/08/19
Absolutely love this podcast and listen every week. Loved Cheryl, Ed Sheehan and Michelle Keegans episodes. Had to turn the latest episode with London Hughes off - never heard anyone eat so loudly in my life. It was absolutely revolting.

I do really love this podcast but I echo the sentiments below; you have a tendency to talk over your guests and get a little shouty at times. Otherwise it's fantastic!

Roisin Murphy is amazing!

I used to cook for a Jewish family in London whilst on my OE and the way you two bicker reminds me of my time around the dinner table on a Friday with the extended family. It always makes me smile. :)

I stumbled across this whilst sitting in the garden looking for something new to listen to. I love everything about this podcast. Like the concept and format but agree with many other people about the interrupting. It’s weird that it’s got worse - you would think they would get more used to talking to people? I also really dislike the term ‘foodie’. It’s unnecessarily pretentious.
