I really like this but please stop with the interruptions ☹️

I really really love this podcast. Lenny and Jessie are great and I love their interview style. The only downside is the constant interruption of guests - it’s so off-putting sometimes, that I felt I had to write something. It is one of my favourite podcasts and I highly recommend

I really like this podcast on the whole, but the David Schwimmer episode was another level in terms of talking over guests and completely misreading them. He came across as a very considered and thoughtful man, but Jessie and Lennie didn’t listen to him at all. They just talked over him and...Read full review »

Most recent episode - great guest but what about the cooking?! Recorded in a hotel room....?! Hope this isn’t a sign of things to come. Such a shame if it is!
CarlaJBrown via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/19/20
Good concept but wish they would not speak over guests so much.
KA9192 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/19/20
Sorry but you interrupted him throughly the whole episode!
cici2456 via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/19/20
I do like listening to this show- but - oh my god - I can’t take the constant interruptions of Jesse and Lenny always finishing guests sentences (incorrectly I might add). I would learn more about the person if you let them speak. Thanks
podfan Jo via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/19/20
I really want to love this podcast, and I do listen but I find that Jessie interrupts to try and get one up on the interviewees. It makes me cringe. I can see how proud Lennie is of Jessie, and that’s lovely, but this should be more about the guests and their experience than Jessie talking over...Read full review »

I’m not sure what it is about this podcast but the relaxed nature and snippy comments make you feel at home. As if you’re a part of their family! Love this podcast to pieces, I came late to the party but I’m doing my best to catch up!

Gets me through the work day! Love both Jessie and Lennie
Kels 128 via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 02/18/20
My favourite podcast! The two of you remind me of myself and my daughter, we also have a passion for all things food related and absolutely love your talks. Don’t change a thing, you deserve 6 stars! x

Best episode yet!! Genuine chat, hardly plugging anything, interesting subject matters and the hosts on form as allllways. 10/10.
LCTPWCP via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/17/20
This is one of the best podcasts I’ve listened to. I love listening to it through my headphones while cooking dinner. I appreciate that they stick to a schedule and seem to really prepare for each episode and the guest.

It’s funny, very real, I learn and I love it. It also makes me very hungry..Lennie sounds like a brilliant cook. You get to know celebs, as they are!

Love this podcast! And just preordered their cookbook! Such lovely and funny mother-daughter hosts and interesting conversations and the food sounds soo delicious!

I was late to the party with this one but what a banger of a podcast! Jessie and Lennie are sensational. I live in Japan and this podcast offers a much needed fix when I’m really missing the U.K. Table Manners feels so British and highlights elements of our weird culture that I’m not sure we’re...Read full review »

I love the idea of this podcast so much - the food, the guests, the mother/daughter dynamic - but I’ve given up now. The talking over guests, not listening to their answers and screeching is too much. Such a shame :(

Great guests. Love thatLennie’s clearly in charge whoever’s in the house!

I absolutely love listening to Jessie and her mum interviewing great guests whilst cooking makes it feel homely and makes you feel like you’re there too . I’ve now listened to them all whilst working from home or on my Run so please make more !!

Love love love! My friend recommended me this podcast as it reminded him of me and my mum. My mum is a Yorkshire version of Jessie’s mum. I just wish the episodes were a tad longer... Love, Kitty. X

I have absolutely loved this podcast series. The best entertainment and so many laughs when I am out in my car for hours driving. Thank you

So, so funny. I love how laid back and chilled this is. Such a great listen. You feel like you’re sat in the kitchen with them

Shameless plugging of “Waitrose and partners for the most beautiful blah blah blah over and over again”. Turns a good fairly natural podcast into another bias commercially driven ad ridden one. We were ok with the obvious bookended ones because you just skip past them. But this subtle embedded...Read full review »

Good guests but Jessie is as dumb as a box of rocks which gets pretty frustrating.

I’m Canadian and so only recognized a few of the guests but after listening to those I’ve moved on to the people I don’t know and am still loving this show. Would love to see David sedaris or Dave lamb as guests

Being a postie, finding a good podcast to listen too is part of the job, I have to say I literally cannot get enough of this podcast! Jessie & her mother have the most awesome, genuine mother daughter relationship which is what makes this podcast everything that it is. Brilliant chat, real talk, guests who are actually interesting, and most importantly, fantastic hosts. Keep them coming!

I’ve been meaning to listen to this podcast for so long!! Finally got round to doing so and I’m OBSESSED! Already loved Jessie and now love her Mam too!! Very late to the party but absolutely LOVE this podcast. Everything I love rolled into each episode: great food and conversation with 2 amazing ladies. Well done and DON’T cut out the cursing! Why fight what comes naturally 😜

I wish I found this podcast sooner! But I am enjoying binging them all. I feel ralfs exact feeling of tomatoes!! I can’t explain why they are so wrong on every level but dammit they are 🙈😂

Literally started to listen for King Antoni and now been picking at bits and bobs throughout the series! LOVE IT! Great casual chat, which makes you feel like you’re sat there with them! What a star Lennie is, composed and genuine. Jessie seems irritatingly fake at times, with her mock shrill excitement. Let your Mum interview more, your voice is so difficult to set a volume to!

I really enjoy table manners, I listen to it most night and Jessy and Lenny’s voices help me sleep :)))) please do more episodes with chefs (I loved the Jamie Oliver one) because it’s really interesting when you can talk about food with them :))

I haven’t listened to this, but I’ve just had to sit through a preview of this at the start of another podcast. I say preview, but it was basically an advert for a car. I’ve no idea what this podcast is about, but I definitely know they value their own wealth a lot more than my time.

I listen to this podcast because I love the format - listening to people talk about food is great! They get fantastic guests too, so always worth tuning in. I love the format, and Lennie and the guests are often so good but often Jessie is so shouty and sweary 🥴 it becomes quite a tough listen at times.

Brilliant podcast. Excellent guests and format. However Jessie talks too much. We need more Lenny. She’s the more natural interviewer! Looking forward to the next series. X

I’ve been a fan of Jessie’s music for years and when I found out she was hosting a podcast show with her Mum I just knew I had to give it a listen. I love listening to the dynamic of Jessie and Lenny. They are so adorable and authentic. No self improvement, murders or depressing news stories - just good old fashioned hospitality and banter.
