Just discovered this jewel of a podcast. Love the way both interviewers handle questions. Especially love the way they don’t talk over each other or interject their own tidbits - which I’m sure would be interesting, but would perhaps take away from the guest and their stories. Many thanks for...Read full review »

The guests might sometimes be dull, and sometimes not even interested in food, but the hosts are wonderfully charming and perceptive. Some of the podcasts, such as that featuring the estimable and eloquent Fuchsia Dunlop, are stellar and worth more than one listen.

An excellent podcast which satisfyingly combines the two great components of any great gathering: food and conversation. The guests are well chosen and it is fascinating to hear a life story from the perspective of the plate. In its humble simplicity, this podcast gets 4 stars.

Food connects us all. I have really come to love this podcast, I am not sure if I am the target audience on long journeys, I tend to turn to spectator radio. The podcast is a biographical piece which discuss the guest life experience through the prism of food.
