Finding A Way to Live
I was diagnosed with ADHD early summer of 2016. While I described myself as "flakey", I fought hard to find organization, happiness, and value in my life as a stay at home mom. When diagnosed, I was angry to find that I was "different" when I felt that I had exceeded in so many aspects of my life. This podcast has helped me identify my strengths, find solutions for my weaknesses, and come to terms with the fact that ADHD is not a life sentence, but a personality difference. I'm still working on proficiency, productive, and efficiency, but I find this podcast to be one of the best resources I have found. The co-hosts provide meaningful feedback to questions, helpful solutions to problems, and bring a certain humor to the anxiety that can come with being "different". Thank you, Pete and Nikki, for you help and support!Read full review »
