“I was looking for something that would be a guide rope for me, as opposed to a net of rules/worksheets that would pull me under. Time after time, I have tried following organizing shows, only to give up because the guidelines given were either so strict that I could not fit them into my life, or so inapplicable to me that they felt like mindless chores.
This podcast is great, not only because it is set forth in topical chunks, so I can pick and choose what applies, but also because the hosts are familiar with the ADD mindset. I do not have ADD, but I have tested very high for Asperger's Disorder, and many of the difficulties that ADD individuals have to contend with are similar or identical to the hurdles I have toward getting my life back into the middle of the road, as opposed to swerving wildly from shoulder to shoulder!
Really enjoy listening to the podcast, typically on my way to/from work, and I hope they will continue to publish many more podcasts in the future! My (neater/more organized) life depends upon it! :)”Read full review »
