Consistently not engaged or motivated.
There is an entertainment element of this podcast that seems to be missing. There isn't a "format" followed by this show as far as I can tell and I don't seem to be able to find motivation to keep listening... I think maybe this show is for the older adults who don't mind a lack of creativity, direction or format. I am sorry to say that I am extremely bored while listening to this show and it doesn't attempt to involve the listener at all. Thank you for being a resource for this community, but find a style that is actually engaging, ADHD friendly, and makes me want to come back. Maybe using more guest speakers or drawing from different resources and engaging with your audience about what's coming up or what we can expect or what we can do to get more involved.Read full review »

Great tips for staying focused. This podcast has helped me better understand what my bonus son might be feeling/going through with his ADHD. Great resource for those with ADHD, those wanting to offer people they know with ADHD or people wanted to be more productive in general.
