“I was introduced to Tara Brach's book "Radical Acceptance" through a meditation workshop that I am attending. It is truly life-changing and has benefitted my meditation practice and my life in more ways than I have words to adequately express. Then, I found this podcast and am so deeply grateful to have access to more of Tara's wisdom. Her lessons are so deep, delivered with compassion, and illustrated by stories and anecdotes that really help to bring home the message. She has a beautiful, soothing voice which makes listening to her lessons and meditations very pleasant. I often listen to her meditations in my sitting practice. They are truly heart-opening. Please note that not all of the meditations have been delivered to iTunes as podcasts. However, they can still be accessed via IMCW's website and they are easily loaded into iTunes.
