It's your cup of tea too
Mary takes a real yet relaxed approach to the mental health conversations we should be having as a community and with ourselves. Doing the work it truly takes to embark on your life-long journey of self-love and acceptance can almost feel taboo because of all of the industries looking to make a quick buck and move an easy-peasy solution. Mary aint here for the that short-lived carnal high and neither am I nor should you be. So weather you're just starting on your journey or consider yourself a veteran, you're gonna need some encouragement, reminders to forgive and an occasional kick in the butt. So empower the woman that you are and add this podcast to your toolbox.Read full review »
