Average white middle class guy chatting nonsense, doesn’t have a clue about the real world. Efforts to be down with it or worthy are cringe

Adam’s podcast was the first I ever listened to and it has become a regular feature on my drive to work. Such a varied selection of guests that you never know what you’re going to get, plus a few returning regulars that are always a pleasure to catch. Natasia Demetriou for one is always...Read full review »

You are absolutely my all time favourite podcaster- No one else even comes close ! Please keep doing what you do x

Adam struggles with interviewing women or anyone who is not London media elite. I found him incredibly condescending to Jessica knappett. His shock and awe when she revealed her friendship with Phoebe Waller Bridge was bordering on insulting. I am getting less and less from this podcast sadly.

Bored of all these chummy posh boys that went to school together, taking it in turns to be on each other’s podcast.

Adam buckles Buxton - one of the original pod pioneers - warm, frank and generous conversations with diverse, great guests. Expertly adapting to the guest and topics discussed. Sensitive and self-reflective intro and outro chats either side. Lots of insight, natural warm humor, sometimes quite...Read full review »

Really enjoyed the chemistry in this one, didn’t know Jessica Well, but a lovely person and a great interview. One thing I wanted to mention though. I was very excited to hear Jessica mention she used to do ‘morning pages’. I had just finished doing mine before listening and was excited to hear...Read full review »

I love Mr Buxton. He is very good company and has a brilliant sense of humour which he seems to share with all of his guests. His genuine persona shines through. Top podcast.

I love the pod so much I have to listen all the way through to the closing beat of “Like and Subscribe” 😂😂😂

So, the guy tells you that his sister was bullied to death by the public schools system and you… defend it? And then you espouse the virtues of Empire and conservatism, not long before apologising to listeners who you imagine might be offended by George, because he wants to stop ruining the...Read full review »

Loved the recent ramblings with guest George Monbiot. Such an inspired interview, in fact it may have gone in my ‘top ten most fav episodes’ of all time. There were bits I found very moving, especially when George opened up about his family life and death of his sister. Beautifully done Buckles!

Wonderfully inspiring episode! I learnt so much about the environment in a really accessible and practical way - not preachy - just super interesting. George was so humble and down to earth and lovely! He was a joy to listen to. I was also touched by his honesty about his difficult upbringing....Read full review »

Even the handmade sponsor’s clips are little comedic gems. From loving Ronson spoof to mock US-style infomercials.. plus some fun musical interludes Buxton’s humble, respectful and unpretentious way of interviewing makes each episode worthwhile.

I have currently enjoyed 220 episodes. It is a relief when you suddenly notice a new episode is ready to listen. I love the fact the guests are so varied.

Thank you for your podcast joy. I always look forward to your ending music. It’s got a bit of a beat. I can’t help but do an 80’s disco bop reminding me of my student nurse evenings in London. Hats off Buxton, your podcast is the best. Mines gone all formulaic. I’m not allowed to interview the people I like anymore. I just promote Zellennials (they don’t even like me). Kind regards, LT

I loved the Adam and Joe Show when I was a youngster and talked about them all the time with my friends at school. Great guests and interviews, Rosie the dog updates, some lovely personal life tidbits, the best ads ever due to Adam’s musical talents. It really is like a walk down a country lane with a good friend.

The first 10 minutes of the latest episode, where Adam plays audio from a failing attempt to get Werner Herzog to link a mike upto Zoom correctly made me wet myself laughing….”Where would I locate the zoom window?” finished me off……bravo Adam, just so funny and interesting in equal measure.
Jummy2Times via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 02/06/24
Outstanding that such a small man could walk so far whilst talking! I don’t know how he does it. Oh but seriously, I look forward to all of Adam’s podcasts. He often has me laughing out loud.

Bloody love The Adam Buxton Podcast. A slightly late arrival to fandom, I’ve smashed through most of the episodes in the last year or so and now wait for new episodes like a dog under the table at dinner time. Big laughs, big thoughts. If jingles are your thing, jingle all the way to this podcast made by the GOAT of podcasting, Adam Buxton. He’s the greatest. Much more interesting and less annoying than Joe Rogan. COINCIDENCE?

Did Joe write some of the bad reviews as a joke ! I’m the same age as Adam so maybe it’s a generation thing but in our house we LOVE him! He’s hilarious and his chats are really interesting. His guests are always entertaining. We love Rosie too. Please never stop Adam !

Without doubt my number one podcast. Not a second is wasted, the pre-ramble, the post ramble, the jingles, even the adverts are funny. Absolutely love this and do a little fist-pump when a new episode appears.

Christmas live show was so cringe. Awful comedy. Usual format is decent but latest episode is dreadful.
