So validating
Listening to the show old to new episodes. The one with Jay Emme drove me to write this. It’s so validating to hear so many of my struggles be spoken about by two women. I was laughing at the insanity of the stuff we do “of course I left it to 24 hours to apply…” This podcast is fantastic and I love how they are real conversations, with Kate happily discussing her own experiences. I hope there are episodes on medication and diagnosis.
