A bit too negative for my taste
I probably should have known from the branding of "the Angry Therapist" that he wasn't for me. Let's focus on the pros as you might love him. I do find he chooses great topics and pieces that are important to any health journey, so there's definite value there especially if you are new to therapy or personal growth. I also find he has great tools and exercises such as write yourself a letter from your future self. He also seems to have a claim pleasant voice. I just find his approaches to things are a bit too much on the negative side. I'm all for realism and vulnerability but I found a lot of his examples and mantras to putting negative messages in my head that weren't there before. If you're coming from a darker place than me, you might love him. I hope he finds the people that needs him most.Read full review »

Think there’s something relatable for everyone in most episodes. There’s a great amount of details to provide insight and to keep it understandable. The shorter episodes make it great walks and prevents information overload.
