Recovering from heartbreak?
Not sure how many relationship podcasts there are, but I found Natalie after doing a Google search on "emotionally unavailable men". Bought and read all her books and also got into reading her blog. When I learned she has a podcast, I started listening to it while driving. I especially like her episodes for "why did we break up?" She does relate her advice to her experiences and always reminds people to have self-respect and maintain your boundaries. Whenever I meet a guy now and start getting attracted, I ask myself, "what would Natalie say?” Natalie recently announced the 99th episode will be the last of the Baggage Reclaim sessions. If you’re a new listener, you’ll learn a lot from all her episodes, you can start from any episode. I hope you learn a lot about yourself and how to improve your life not just your love life. You’re worth it.Read full review »
