Really helpful programming
As someone who has never been a competitive rower, these workouts are really helpful! They allow me to throw some new workouts into the mix as well as providing helpful technique cues throughout. This podcast is so motivational and fun! Everytime I’m on my erg I do one of the workouts! P.S.: workout 109 is the best! I’ve done this so many times 😂 So: Go for it! And stay motivated!

These are engaging workouts that can be undertaken by anyone: experienced or inexperienced. I’ve gone back to them following a knee injury and am rehabilitating and they’re very useful.
