I love these podcasts, they give me so much info and inspire me to look at my health as an active activity I need to be a participant versus just hoping if I remember to mention issues to my doctor I can get better. I know that sleep is my major shortfall out of the four pillars, using this I can have a more engaged conversation with my GP and look at non-medicinal methods for relaxing and improving my sleep.

After following @thedoctorskitchen on Instagram, I started listening to the podcast and honestly, I absolutely love it! The episodes are genuinely interesting and really enjoyable, and everything is FACT BASED and referenced with peer reviewed studies. Hopefully more episodes will come soon!
