I’m a nutritional therapy student and listen to lots of podcasts every week, including Zoe and Live better, live more. I especially enjoy and learn a lot from this one. The topic is always interesting and it’s one of the ones I look forward to most. Seems about the right length and Dr Rupy has a...Read full review »

This needs tighter editing generally and the host needs to stop interrupting with “yeah” etc. The overall effect is very amateurish. The guests are also allowed just to waffle on aimlessly; interviewing is a skill and the host doesn’t have it. In addition, the ads are far too long and there...Read full review »

Just listened to interview w Tim Spector where he is speaking haltingly, as if he is ill, and rambling. This is a real change to the Zoe podcast where questions keep up the pace and coherent direction. I also remember another interview on this podcast which descended into inter-colleague banter...Read full review »

Ok
It’s ok but there’s literally 10 mins of ads and sponsors at the start of the episode and the host need to stop interrupting the guests with random “ok”, “yeah” and “sure”. I know he’s probably just sound enthusiastic but it’s very jarring.

I really like the podcast, I liked the newsletter and I liked the website. I absolutely don’t like that there are no recipes available without having the expensive app anymore. I know that developing recipes and writing newsletters and producing podcasts is money and time consuming, but to put...Read full review »

Very informative podcast about how to live a healthier lifestyle. Thank you

So well done but somewhat overwhelming. Seems like many of the problems are set before and a few years after birth. My experience is that (even in my 70s) through fasting and wfpb eating can change things.

Too many ads, there were like 20 minutes of them in the coffee episode. Loses credibility.

Too many adverts. Too many ads for supplements which we all know are junk and bad for us which makes us not trust the show.
Monkeywithapin via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 06/16/24
Whilst I am aware that adverts help in making a podcast viable, the recent increase in time spend on advertising at the beginning, in the middle and again at the end is putting me off listening. Snack size episodes are definitely not worth listening as more adverts than content. Plus quite a few...Read full review »

Avid listener walking to work and on the school run my son at 8years finds a lot you talk about really interesting, but even he complained regarding adverts latest bite size 1.03 to 6.40 adverts way to much . Really long questions that the surgeon needed to answer . It’s a shame but I ll be...Read full review »

Over 10 mins of ads before the podcast actually started. Ads are fine if short and threaded into the flow of things quickly. 10 mins is ridiculous

I am a serial health and fitness podcast binger and this is my favourite (Zoe nutrition is a close second). The guests are all terrific experts in the field of health and nutrition. Fabulous blend of accessible advice and information from authoritative sources that is easy to apply. Very personable and qualified host with a passion for optimising health outcomes.

I enjoy the show, it’s got interesting varied content about nutrition, the presenter has a nice style, but the adverts are too much. The most recent episode had 6 minutes of adverts before an 8 min show and then 3 more minutes of adverts at the end! Cut down the ads and I’d raise the rating

Really like having short episodes - sometimes they send me back to the original podcast. But always a good listen and attractive when you haven’t got a lot of time.

Dr Mindy saved me from going down the medication and dangerous belly fat that goes with menopause. She is priceless.

I was wondering which vitamins I should be taking. This topic was so helpful. You buy all these vitamins over the counter not really knowing if they are doing you any good.

As a healthcare professional Dr Rupy Aujla will be aware that the climate crisis is the biggest health crisis facing humanity. As a doctor he has a duty to act on threat to public health. It is therefore extremely disappointing that he has accepted sponsorship from British Airways. The aviation...Read full review »

Upbeat, conversational shows with guests aligned towards finding both health and pleasure with food. I just listened to the episode with Dr. Saliha Mahmood Ahmed and it was educational about gut ailments and joyous in terms of food and cooking. Bravo!
