Too many adverts. Too many ads for supplements which we all know are junk and bad for us which makes us not trust the show.

Whilst I am aware that adverts help in making a podcast viable, the recent increase in time spend on advertising at the beginning, in the middle and again at the end is putting me off listening. Snack size episodes are definitely not worth listening as more adverts than content. Plus quite a few...Read full review »

Over 10 mins of ads before the podcast actually started. Ads are fine if short and threaded into the flow of things quickly. 10 mins is ridiculous

I enjoy the show, it’s got interesting varied content about nutrition, the presenter has a nice style, but the adverts are too much. The most recent episode had 6 minutes of adverts before an 8 min show and then 3 more minutes of adverts at the end! Cut down the ads and I’d raise the rating

Really like having short episodes - sometimes they send me back to the original podcast. But always a good listen and attractive when you haven’t got a lot of time.

Dr Mindy saved me from going down the medication and dangerous belly fat that goes with menopause. She is priceless.

I was wondering which vitamins I should be taking. This topic was so helpful. You buy all these vitamins over the counter not really knowing if they are doing you any good.

As a healthcare professional Dr Rupy Aujla will be aware that the climate crisis is the biggest health crisis facing humanity. As a doctor he has a duty to act on threat to public health. It is therefore extremely disappointing that he has accepted sponsorship from British Airways. The aviation...Read full review »

Upbeat, conversational shows with guests aligned towards finding both health and pleasure with food. I just listened to the episode with Dr. Saliha Mahmood Ahmed and it was educational about gut ailments and joyous in terms of food and cooking. Bravo!
