Interesting PCOS episode
I have been subscribed to this podcast ever since he appeared on the Zoe podcast about food inflation. I found him really interesting in that episode and gave really useful tips. However his own podcast hasn’t really grabbed my interests that much. Probably because he covers very similar topics to Feel Better Live More, which I listen to on a more regular basis. But this PCOS podcast has been super interesting. I found the guest Dr. Nitu Bajekal very knowledgeable. And it is the first time I realised men can get PCOS too (not the same as the ovary form obviously). I also appreciate the nuanced approach the guest doctor had on her advice. Overall it has reignite my interest in this podcast and maybe I will go back and listen to some back catalogue now.

Loved the interview with Dr Sarah Vohra sharing the importance of healthy eating for happier, healthier kids. I wish more parents and kids would make the connection between proper nutrition and mental health. Thank you!

The amazing guests, the easy going relaxed chatter and actionable tips at the end of each pod make this a really well put together series. Highly recommended!

Move on, nothing to see here. Stupid, wrong and misguided.
