Finally an approach to food and lifestyle with a balanced approach
I love listening to the different topics and how people with balanced views contribute with informative and balanced information. In no episode have I perceived a forceful opinion that claims to be the solution to all our problems. Many different views are weighed and considered and it certainly is clear there is no one size fits all answer to battling health issues. Nothing is shamed, but easy options to make an improvement to your lifestyle are provided. I honestly have nothing to complain about, except that I so often would like to jump into the room and add my stories of experience when battling inflamation or ask my questions. Congratulations on such a valuable podcast.

This show lost me with the recent interview of (what I think is) a Weston A. Price promoter. But overall, Dr. Rupy puts a nice emphasis on eating lots of plants and preventing illness through lifestyle.
