How to get tests that Dr. Gundry suggests?
Dr. Gundry, My wife and I have learned so much from your books and podcasts. We also recently completed the 30 Day Challenge! Results were positive and we are continuing on the program. One thing we need though is a way to get testing like APOE4, inflammation markers, Omega 3 and Omega 3 index. Our Kaiser doctors simply are too stuck in protocols of their standard tests, so we are left not knowing crucial data. With all of your many followers (like us), it would be a tremendous benefit if you could offer a testing program through nationally available lab(s) that we could get the tests that you consider essential, so we could know our numbers and repeat say quarterly. I would assume there is great interest in something like this. We would obviously pay a fair cost allowing fair profits to the service providers. It could even be an annual subscription that you could offer! We took advantage of Dr. Amen’s blood testing when we participated in his Brain Warriors program and learned much from the expanded tests offered. Would you consider such a program as part of your “Looking out for us?” Best regards and thank you for your helping us to be more healthy. Our copy of The Longevity Paradox arrives tomorrow from Barnes & Noble. Aron & Katie (trying to stay well at 70+)

Love this podcast! I always come away with helpful and insightful dietary information. Question: I’ve been using nutritional yeast as a cheese substitute in scrambled eggs. Do you have an opinion on the health benefits, or lack of them, in consuming nutritional yeast?
