Love the podcast and the PP - Of all the anti-inflammation diets I’ve tried I feel like I give up the least and get the most benefits.
Question: You and many others talk of the benefits of Vitamin D, especially for autoimmune. I am a sarcoidosis patient with previously very low levels of Vitamin D that I’ve raised substantially through supplementation. However, my pulmonologist does NOT want me to take ANY because of fears of calcification, specifically in sarcoid. Do you have any experience with this or views? I attribute feeling better (and less colds!) directly to improving my Vitamin D. Thank you and keep it up!!”
