So informative!
I love listening to the Dr. Gundry podcast. I am learning so many interesting things. I have just started the plant paradox diet. I am already noticing some changes after just two weeks! My food cravings are completely gone and that’s a big thing. I listened to the episode about menopause and that got me thinking about my hormone replacement therapy. My menopausal symptoms were totally debilitating. So much so, that I almost couldn’t hold a job, and I began HRT. I am using bio identical medications, but I have a question about my progesterone. I am currently taking micronized progesterone which is working great. However it is made with peanut oil. My long-term goal is to get off the HRT completely. But in the short term do you think that the small amount of peanut oil contained in the progesterone could be a problem in terms of lectins? Thanks for all you do!

This is my favorite podcast! The topics are timely and vital to my health journey and speakers are wonderful. Thank you! Question: can we get a transcript? I listen while driving and cannot take notes, and I would like to follow up on things mentioned. Best wishes Phillip Miller Katy, Texas

Our health is being transformed by Dr. Gundry’s Plant Paradox program. Leaky gut, autoimmune disease and insulin resistance are in the rearview mirror! Question: Is kombucha on the No List? I haven’t seen it but I’m guess it is a no due to yeast? Thank you.
