The motivation we need
Thanks so much Emma and Chloe, I don’t follow your plan but your podcasts are little reminders to me each listen to keep motivated, keep pushing and the results will come. No one accidentally stumbles upon their ‘dream physique’ - it comes from a lot of consistency, a balance of acceptance and discipline as well respect for your own health. I’ve been working from home during lockdown so I’ve had some form of routine daily but the exercise and nutrition aspect has been key to staying mentally sound. I love the passion you two have and the fact that you’ve made lemonade out of lemons with gyms being closed so well done!!!
