Moo is literally “shook” when I tell how I have (temporarily) ended my late-night snacking habit. (And let’s be real people, it was never really “snacking,” it was dessert. Or desserts-- plural). Then we take a listener question on bread-- multigrain? sourdough? whole wheat? To absolutely no one’s surprise,  I confess I love white bread with butter.
