Terrible Production Quality
While the topics are interesting the production quality of these podcasts are atrocious - the producer should be sacked for releasing something of such dire sound quality. For instance, the music is too loud and cuts over the voies to a level where you cannot hear what the people are saying; surely the point of an informative podcast is to hear what is being said? The list of sound production sins goes on and on and makes me cringe to the point where I cannot listen to the Food Programme. Improve it or I'm sure I won't be the only person turning off.Read full review »

Every week there is always an interesting and informative food subject to listen to. I can also recommend the BBC podcast archives for the Food Programme.
