What's not to love?
I have been a fan of the WellnessMama website for a couple years now and have just about every post on the website. I was excited to see that Katie made a podcast so now while I'm doing chores I can plug in my headphones or speaker and listen from my phone. She gives lots of great information about living a healthy lifestyle and the many aspects that go into that, as well as making it work with a busy life, on a budget, real life. I've read other blogs that actually suggested selling your car, giving up a lot of modern day things just to afford organic food. Yeah some people can pull this off, but for the average family, not so much. Katie has great advice on how to make everything work. She has done her research into why she lives the way she does and why you should as well, including being the guinea pig on new recipes, products, and such to give an honest opinion for her followers on her website. The reason I have 2 stars? I LOVE the website as I've said and I'm glad she has the podcast, my only issue is that some of the information she gives on the podcast is already on the website so it can be kinda repetitive. Other than that, great job Katie! Look forward to more from you!Read full review »
