“This podcast has been so helpful to myself and my wife. So much so that I borrowed her iTunes account just to write this review.
We listen every week! It has helped me understand the way my wife works, as she is an HSP. I find it so interesting to hear someone else describe behaviours that I didn't understand in my wife, and explain them so that I can understand. It also helps both of us knowing that there are other people out there that feel things the same way she does. Kelly O has a very soothing voice and explains things in a personal manner which I feel adds to the overall experience. Every single podcast sheds light on different things, that I had not realized were due to her being an HSP.
