Great content and easy to listen to.
I can’t recall where I first heard of this podcast but it was a recommendation from somewhere & sounded like something I needed to check out after searching for various mental self-help podcasts. Since the first episode, I was hooked. Hugh’s voice is very comforting & reassuring to listen to and his laugh is also infectious as Ryan’s witty lines set him off; it’s a great team. The content is very real and raw but very relevant. I’ve taken away many points from every episode and can’t wait for more content. Keep up the great work guys!

So many valuable and relatable points of discussion with a good dose humour thrown in. I’m also particularly keen to hear Penny talk about Vipassana Meditation after you mentioned that in post podcast banter! Thank you!
