Thanks Erin
Just came across this podcast and the first episode I listened to was the interview with the lovely Erin. Thanks so much for sharing your story. A big takeaway for me which really resonated was just how much a lack of real connection can impact our mental health. It doesn’t matter whether you are rich or poor, single or married, if you don’t have regular meaningful connections with people you value, then life can be a real struggle. Less screen time, more real life laughs with family and friends. What good is success if there is no one to share it with!

Thank you for this podcast, it is a gift. And I am...Read full review »
