I've been following Kris intermittently since 2013- 2014 from his early days but religious since I saw him train and transform one of the Bollywood actors, which was such a remarkable change. Kris has put in a lot of research and science behind his articles, training programs and supplements' products coming out of KagedMuscle. As always great knowledge and tips. On the reverse dieting episode the increasing carb portion was a little confusing. Great podcast. Really enjoy listening when completing a cardio session at the end of a workout. Kris could you talk about women’s muscle hypertrophy and hormones for muscle gain in women. I struggle to find many articles on the topic and want to know how to take my training to the next level
