The material Brooke Castillo is trying to teach is solid. The problem with her delivery is simply ego. She uses "I" a lot. Too much. For example, "Remember what I just taught you..." instead of remember what you just learned. There is a fine line between being confident and being egotistical. There is nothing wrong with being egotistical. It just isn't the most effective coaching voice, if you're in it to help people. Her over exaggerations ("I've seen it thousands and thousands and thousands of times") also detract from her actual experiences by making them feel false.Read full review »
