"Sell, don't serve": not just a slogan.
There's a lot to like about Liston's approach. It's directed specifically for consultants, which is a nice variation on the sales advice that is often directed at managers of sales teams. There are some tough challenges when you're selling consulting work, more than when you're selling "a thing" or selling time. Liston is the undisputed champion when it comes to sales advice. He’s able to go in depth when it comes to specific strategies, how to sell with confidence and build an audience. I’d recommend that everyone subscribe and listen. These episodes are chalk full of practical sales advice!
