"Sell, don't serve": not just a slogan.
There's a lot to like about Liston's approach. It's directed specifically for consultants, which is a nice variation on the sales advice that is often directed at managers of sales teams. There are some tough challenges when you're selling consulting work, more than when you're selling "a thing" or selling time. He's also got a disarmingly frank and natural way of presenting topics around building a business. I'm struck by Liston's personalised approach to serving. It's not just a slogan.Read full review »
